Almost every person I met on here was out of the country. Most from Africa(e.g. Nigeria and Ghana) where most internet scams come from. It showed them in the United States, but then they try to get you to e-mail them or use another messenger like Whatsapp. Look for an unusual country code. 1 is the United States. 234 is Nigeria. Also look at their location icon, or the lications in their photos as hints. They are getting better at forming english sentences, but the sentence structure is still off, and they sometimes use the wrong word, or wrong version of the word(e.g.Thats not too good but have ever fall into victim before) that is an actual response to me when I told this person about scams coming out of Africa. This persons location was in Seattle WA and same with the location on her picture. The only indication was poor english, and when she tried to get me to e-mail her and use Whatsapp. I didnt even e-mail her because she sent her Whatsapp number with that text and it started +234

I cut it off immediately after finding out where they were from so I would not give them any more info about myself than what I had already said.

Most were unverified users. Verified users might be ok, but I didnt find many verified users. Probably because there are too many unverified people on this app running scams.
